Urethritis
What is Urethritis?
Urethritis is a condition in which the tube that carries urine from the bladder to the outside called the urethra becomes inflamed. Pain while urinating, along with inflammation, is also a sign of urethritis.
Urethritis is an onset of bacterial or viral infection. Nevertheless, chemical irritants may also prompt signs of the condition.
The condition is highly mistaken with urinary tract infection, which usually impacts the whole of the urinary tract, unlike in urethritis, which affects only the urethra. This is so because the symptoms of both the conditions relate to each other.
